Membership Eligibility

Membership is open only to individuals, as per the Nidhi Rules.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion in accordance with its internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Company provides the following core services to its members:

Deposit Services

Acceptance of various types of deposits including Recurring, Fixed, Savings accounts, and more.

Loan Facilities

Providing loans and advances to members against appropriate security as per regulations.

Member Exclusive

All financial transactions are strictly limited to members only, as required by Nidhi Rules.

Deposits and Loans

All deposits and loans are governed by the rules and policies of the Company, which are framed in compliance with the Nidhi Rules, 2014.

Interest rates, repayment schedules, and security requirements for loans will be explicitly stated in the respective agreement documents.

Members are obligated to provide accurate information and valid security for all transactions. False information may result in legal action.

Member Responsibilities

  • Members must inform the Company immediately of any change in their contact or personal details.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  • Any misuse of services or provision of false information may lead to termination of membership and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
  • A member's failure to comply with the terms of the agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, its policies, and interest rates at any time. Members will be notified of material changes as required by law.

It is the member's responsibility to regularly review these terms for any updates or changes.
