• Member Registration Number – Unique identifier
• Bank Account Details – For deposits and withdrawals
• Transaction History – For account management
• Deposit Information – RD, FD, and savings details
• Loan Information – Loan amount, EMI, repayment history

2.3 Device & Technical Data

• Device Information – Device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• IP Address – For security and analytics
• Location Data – For attendance verification (GPS) – Only collected when you use location-based features

2.4 Camera Access (Agent Only)

• Camera Access – Required for:
  • Taking selfies for attendance marking (only for agents)
• Note: Camera access is only used when an agent marks their attendance. Customers do not use the camera feature.

2.5 Consent for Attendance Data

Before capturing your selfie or location for attendance, the App displays a consent screen that clearly explains what data will be collected and that it will be uploaded to our server. Attendance can only be marked after you provide explicit consent by accepting this screen.

If an agent does not provide consent, the attendance marking feature will not be available to them, as this data is essential to verify attendance and cannot currently be replaced by an alternative method. This is clearly disclosed to the agent on the consent screen itself before any data is captured.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Account Management – Process membership, maintain records, and manage accounts
• Financial Transactions – Facilitate RD, FD, loan disbursement, and repayments
• Attendance Verification – Mark and verify agent attendance using selfie and GPS, only after explicit consent is given
• Communication – Send updates about your account, services, and important notices
• Regulatory Compliance – Comply with MCA, RBI guidelines, and Nidhi rules
• Security & Fraud Prevention – Detect and prevent fraudulent activities
• Service Improvement – Enhance app features and user experience
